Outstanding law firm.
I've been dealing with this company for a few years and they are wonderful. Always nice polite and empathetic. I've called them every month for years and have never had a bad experience and more than a few times they've made my day.
Awful, awful experience. I called to make an appointment, and was treated fine until they asked my husband's occupation. I told them he was currently unemployed, he was just honorably discharged from the military a a couple weeks ago. The tone of our conversation then completely changed. I was talked down upon and told that they didn't know if they could help us etc. Just because he's unemployed doesn't mean I am, and that we don't have savings! Took our MONEY elsewhere!!
