I was picked up and then Given the rental that my insurance, progressive, picked I assume. I was put in a very nice car. Nissan altima. I now want one. They were nice and understanding. I definitely recommend this location.
Pickup and Drop off were on time and friendly. Once in the store it was quick and easy. The cars I have rented have always been what I wanted in size and a nice car. No complaints.
I've rented from Enterprise before and have had great experiences, but this last visit was horrible. The process was rushed because it was the weekend of the eclipse and only two people were working while it busy. I got a car that was not washed and had some visible damage that was told to the sales rep but ignored and not put in the contract. By the time I received the contract to review the office was closed for the weekend and now they are charging me for those said damages. I will not do business with them anymore!

While the service is friendlier than it used to be, the car selection is quite limited. Over the course of the four day rental I called to check on the availability of a full size car and they didn't seem to have the inventory.
