Great service have had my truck worked on a couple times there always done in a timely manner and great customer service if you need your vehicle worked on this is the place to go !!!!
My parentsare from Gary, Indiana and had to go to Evansville for a family emergency with my grandmother in the hospital. during their trip they noticed their vehicle was leaking gas. I here in gary have a tow truck and was going to go get their car and bring it on a 5 hour tow one way, realized that it would eat me alive in gas. I looked up repair shops in Evansville and saw Elliott's Service in the listing. I called got EXTREMELY professional customer service from Steve Elliott. He told me that he would pick the car up and have it done in 2 days. and would be somewhere in the area close to $200.00. I called my mom and let her know that I found aplace and to give them a call. Steve had a tow truck there at the hospital in 20 minutes this was on a Tuesday and again said car wouldnt be touched til Thursday. 2:30 am Wednesday morning, my grandma passed away and everyone was headed home but my parents were still stranded. A call was placed to Steve Elliott and he said I will call you back.
I always take my vehicles to Elliott's. Steve has always been both friendly and professional. His prices are good, the turn around time if fast, and I've never felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. If you need an auto repair, I'd strongly recommend Elliott's.
This man went 250% out of his way put other, im sure better paying jobs aside and fixed their car and called them and said it was done. When my parents arrived at Steve's shop he charged them less than originally quoted and unusually in this day in age seemed like he cared! This man made a trip that went bad to a trip that made my parents smile when they talked about the trip upon their arrival back home.
Took forever for him to even look at my car and change brake pads took 4 days ?!?!?
