Disappointed. Basic used to include vacuum and windows. Chose 1st Ave for that reason. When the guy said my truck was ready I asked about windows. Said we don’t do windows on that wash. Got in and the floors are still dirty. So for $13 they ran my truck thru the wash. Could have done the same thing in 1/4 the time at Max Wash by my house.

Today was my first and last trip to this car wash. I got the $27.95 wash so they would clean the inside and out. The inside looks just as bad as it did before. I wish I would have looked at it before leaving a tip. They didn't wipe down the dash, the door panels, nor the console. The floor mats appear that they removed them and shook them off, but didn't clean them. Sometimes life lessons cost us and unfortunately today's cost me $28
I understand it's not a detail job, but I expected a better job for the money spent.
Always good service, just wish they'd pay more attention to what the wash didn't get when they're wiping down the car. For $20+, I want a clean car not one with black stuff still on it. Try and go on a slow day/time, or be prepared to spend an hour or more waiting.
Carwash is great but the Platinum Plus wash inside and out needs to be listed as partial vacuume no wash inside and out with partial drying and we will leave water all over your car. This is a $10 job that you can get at the drive theough auto was. Not the wash inside and out they advertise for $28. I even said I have a good tip and gave $15 tip to make sure they went over the top. They didn't!
