Horrible experience, doctor was awful and couldn't remember anything, staff was great at first, but unhelpful AFTER my first appointment. Ordered contacts through their office, attempting to give the benefit of the doubt but I think they ordered from some discount Chinese website. I was told by the DOCTOR that I would receive the information I needed to submit for a $100 rebate with the order. It was NOT included in the package like the DOCTOR stated it would be. I have had to throw away 4-5 contacts a week for being bent, deformed, and impossible to wear. They were PERFECT when I used their trial pairs. This seems weird and abnormal to me. I was also offered as many trial pairs as I needed in order to find the perfect contacts for my allergy ridden eyes for an extra payment of $35.00. I paid the $35.00 but was met with resistance when wanting to try different brands. I was literally given TWO choices, which was NOT what I was told before I paid the extra money. I will not be returning to this office. There maybe other Doctors in this office that may do things differently. I was very unimpressed and very disappointed at how this experience played out.

Very knowledgable, rarely do i wait, if i do, not for long. Has helped me with incredibly dry eyes, through two cornea transplants and cornea abrasion. We've been working hard together over 1.5yrs to clear up mild to a very serious disease. Do not even want to think what condition my vision would be in without the excellent care i received here!
Failure after 4 great years of positive experiences.
- Not a single phone call from the office apologizing or wanting to ask for my continued business.
- Paid my typical $300+ bill (that is AFTER my work insurance) and went on my way with my new glasses.
My latest experience was nothing but a hassle.
- I get a bill in the mail for $40. I ignore it as a mistake. They call and say that I need to pay it. I ask why they didn't have it right when I was there and they couldn't give me a straight answer.
Dr. Boyer performed cataract surgery on my left eye, which has always been my perfect eye. Instead of taking out the original cataract lens and replacing it with a non prescription lens. Not the case. Dr. Boyer ruined my left eye. I can barely see out of it. My bad eye is now my good eye and I have to wear glasses for the rest of my life. I hate this place a intend to get even.
- Scheduling errors landed me with a new doctor, not a huge deal, but last minute changes are annoying
Great office from the staff to the doctors!

- Difficult and clumsy check in
- Came back for the test a few weeks later, was sat in a back waiting area for 25 mins, then told that they couldn't do the test that day
Plenty of other options. Be careful who you trust your eyes with.
I bragged about how great this place treated their customers.
- Moved around to multiple rooms due to organizational struggles
- Wrote a stern yet professional letter with my payment, asking that management and the doctors be CC'd, explaining how bad my experience was.
