When I called to see if it was ready the gentleman ended the phone call with a quick disclaimer that "we don't manipulate anything you send us online."
I'm fully aware of silly policies thing the hands of employees but I was treated like an annoyance by an employee attempting to leave, coat in hand while giving the speech about how they're entirely free of any responsibility to try and help me out. Most of my lunch break was wasted standing in a silent store waiting for some guy to check a computer in the back to see if they'd gotten my pdf via email.
I came in with a phone to return to Verizon today. I had some tape on the box, it was closed but I only had a small amonut and it was electrical tape. I kindly asked if there was anyway they could put ONE piece of tape on the box to just be sure the box didn't open while in transit. NO WE HAVE TO CHARGE YOU A DOLLAR. Like seriously? You have to charge me because you don't get anything from Verizon for shipping my package? I will drive an additional 10 miles on top of the 15 I already drive to get to town before I ever go to this location again.
Ehh. Not the best, kinda slow
I've mailed at lest 20 documents from this location. Always friendly staff and shipping is time. Highly recommend
They took my file and agreed to make the order first thing and call me. The store closed 25 minutes ago and I never received a call back.
After she'd left I asked the remaining employees if they could do a second order in-store so they could meet my specifications, as I needed the copies by mid afternoon the next day. They both looked worried and said "we don't know how to use the printer."
The second I walked in the store an employee dropped 14 sheets of cardstock, all printed one side only. Not only that, but it seems there was a sizing issue with their printer as the second page was allowed to be placed outside printable area.
drove out of my way to return directv equipment, attendant was frustrated from the start. she indicated the process by which to return the dtv recievers was not clear or not enough training was provided. no customer service skills wer displayed what so ever a few sighs. no thanks or appreciation . only gave 3 stars bc she did complete the equipment return and i have documentation to show was returned. this is not someone i would want running my front desk maybe in the back packing or loading trucks.
I've spent three years publishing digitally and printing bulk items, I understand mistakes happen, but I was met with a flustered woman repeating the phrase "You made the order online and there's nothing we can do to fix an online order."
Placed an online print order and spent several minutes ensuring everything was up to snuff in the online preview. It was a simple two page pdf to be printed as a double sided sheet onto seven sheets of cardstock.
It was only $10 but good lord did that customer service experience go from bad to worse. Especially given that I've spent more than $10 worth of my time on the phone with UPS billing trying to get a refund because the store apparently can't pop open the till for an objectively wrong print order and bill the difference to corporate.
Two employees need more training, the other needs to chill out.
