TRACEY HERSELF WAS VERY RUDE AND MADE ME FEEL FOOLISH BECAUSE I BROUGHT IN A RING TO SEE IF SHE WOULD BUY IT ,LONG STORY SHORT SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD NOT BUY MY RING BECSUSE SHE SAID MY CERTIFICATION CERTIFICAT WAS NOT TRUE AND SOME THINGS DID NOT MAKE SENSE THAT WAS ON MY CERTIFICATION PAPERWORK AND THE ONLY THING SHE COULD DO WAS IF I BOUGHT SOMETHING SHE WOULD TAKE MY $6000 RING AND GIVE ME $1200 OFF OF A $3000 OR MORE PURCHASE AND SHE WAS TALKING SO LOUD THE WHOLE STORE COULD HEAR MY BUSINESS!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK...AFTER I LEFT THERE I WENT TO Brinkers and they were so nice and they bought my ring for what I was asking.
