A year and 3 mths ago I was in a very bad car accident that was not my fault. The driver admitted fault on scene but the drivers insurance company was bound and determined to pay as little as possible. In fact when I called the insurance company I was given the run around and was even told I was partially at fault even though the police report and the driver stated differently. From the accident I was left with very expensive medical and surgery bills, limited mobility in lower extremities, severe pain, and an uphill battle ahead of me trying to fight for my medical bills to be paid and compensated if I had to have future surgeries.
