Prompt, polite service. Less expensive than I expected. The technician who serviced my heating system was James Dyson. He did a great job!
Came out on Friday, didn't do any work to my furnace. Said he'd be back out on Monday to fix it. Never showed. I have 3 young children freezing while he's at home nice and warm.
Very poor customer service. Installed unit which didn't work and five days later and three technicians later it was finally finished. Will not honor his original offer of five days at a hotel.
Best service hands down! I have to have my sewer line snaked out almost yearly because of roots. I have lived in my house for over 10 years and have used many different plumbing services. H.A. Lewis was the best! Everyone I dealt with, from making the appointment to the service technician, were very polite and professional. The price for the service was also very reasonable. We have used HA Lewis for a few years now. Great technicians, affordable prices, and today we had to use after hour service and Tyler was at our home within an hour of calling. Found the issue right away, had motor on him and done in an hour! Definitely recommend this company for HVAC, A/C needs!
