My experience here was for a full 15 months and I couldn't wait to leave this place. The pictures they show on their site do not reflect the apartments they rent to people. Are were very outdated and from visiting with other neighbors theirs were the same.. When we moved in The handle on the screen door was broken most of the outlets did not work and the door to the closet never fully opened right And our dishwasher that had to be from the 80's never worked properly. we brought these things to maintenance where they would come in and never fix the problem. for as much as their charging i have seen better apartments at Highland Apartments and their 400 and up a month... A couple months in I noticed MOST of their street lights in the back (where my apartment was located) did not work... it was pitch black out there all night. THEY NEVER FIXED THEM. and because of that our car was broken into and stole things out of our car. they constantly have break ins over there... NEVER RENT FROM THEM PLEASE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
We recently moved into North Park and love it! The office and maintenance staff have been very helpful and we love everything about our new home! The location is also very convenient!
I have lived here for a few months with my girlfriend and our new born baby and its great! The staff is always helpful and they get things fixed in a timely manner. They also have a dog park which is great because we have a puppy who needs to let out energy. I would recommend this place to anyone!
We just signed a new lease after living here a year. I do have to say any maintenance problems we have had was dealt with in a very timely manner.I am having a carpet issue at this time but know it will be resolved as it should be soon, We love the pool and pool area but would love to see a big clock out there next year if possible but we are very pleased with our apt at North Park and would highly recommend them.
The air conditioning never worked right in the 15 months I was there. The repair people kept telling me that there was nothing wrong. On hot days, it would be 77 or 78 inside the apartment with the thermostat being set at 72 or 73. I had to try to sleep multiple nights in 82+. Once I moved out, my electric bill went to almost half of what it was at North Park, and I'm now living in a bigger apartment and have not changed any of my living habits. Their denial that anything was wrong with the air conditioning was infuriating. The day after I moved my things out I came back to clean and they had replaced the air conditioner i had complained about for months. A lot of the street lights were out, and I never saw any of them repaired.
