Drive-Thru: Nicely designed and moves quickly
Order Fulfillment: Terrible. They are always slow when you order inside (i.e. not drive-thru) and they usually get the order wrong even when ordering something basic (pun-intended for Starbucks). This location just opened, so this should get better with time.
This place is pretty typical to come and just converse with your friends. Great coffee. I prefer a venti iced coconut milk cascara.
Love the online ordering and the mobile pick up, makes everything extremely easy! Coffee is always delicious.
Parking: Small lot, but never had trouble find a spot.
I am happy that they opened this location on the West Side.
Inside: Clean and modern. Plenty of outlets and different types of seating including comfortable arm chairs.
Probably the slowest internet in the city. Food lacks taste but looks good. Some specialty iced coffee is good. Nice place to meet friends and recharge devices.
Slow service but it's improving every time. The baristas are getting their bearings at a new location. Wonderful atmosphere and always spotless.
