Made an appointment to have a nail removed from my rear tire. My appointment was at 11 am on a saturday my car wasn't brought back until 11:35. They didn't finish working on my tire till 12:30. I have had a similar issue before and never had to wait this long with an appointment to have a nail removed. Very disapointed in the service.
I've been taking our personal cars and my company car here for well over a year now. They do a good job of keeping the preventative maintenance up to date for me. WhenI took one of our personal cars nsck in for a replacement tire covered under the road hazard I had on a set from last year, they called and said they were replacing all due to recall on the set I had purchased. $0 cost involved.
I scheduled an appointment for two services and then after waiting for an hour and a half they told me I was all done. Then I noticed they were charging me for just the one new tire I needed and not the alignment. They said oh we don't have time for that. So why did it take an hour and a half to change one tire? I had to make another appointment for the alignment for the next weekend.
Early Sunday morning mishap, and this store stepped up and gave me wonderful service. The Technician Chad was very thorough with the inspection, delivered expert advice, and made it easy for me to decide what I needed. The Adviser Colin allowed my wife, my 3 dogs, and I to wait inside out of the rain. His professionalism is to be commended. Thank you both for being there when we needed help. Let me also say that the price I was charged was more than reasonable. Thank you again. We'll be back.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, but they're always behind and seem to take longer than expected to do everything
