I will never be ordering flowers from flowers and more again. I ordered a medium dish garden for a friend who lost his father. I wanted live plants so that the family could have a pretty centerpiece that they could keep. The photo online was a pretty white dish with quite a few live plants trailing out of it and while it wasn't the most expensive I thought it was very pretty and something I would like to have myself. When I called to order the arrangement I was told that it might not be in a white dish emphasis on white so I figured it might have been a different color dish. I was okay with the fact that they charge $10 to deliver this Arrangement three blocks down the road to Alexander West but really ?
Flowers n More delivered a beautiful floral arrangement along with a precious stuffed animal and balloons to our three year old granddaughter on her birthday. I was able to order the arrangement from Florida and was so pleased with the service I received. The florist was so pleasant and helpful. Our sweet granddaughter was thrilled. I would definitely recommend using Flowers n More as a go to florist in Evansville!
When I arrived at the funeral home I was so embarrassed I was beside myself. This Arrangement look nothing like the photo it was in a cheap basket that look like something you'd buy at the dollar store with just a couple small plants in it and a bunch of little tiny chrysanthemums that look like they had shriveled and dried up looking. I wanted to pick it up and take it out with me so that no one else would see . I wish I had just not even ordered flowers if I was going to get something that looks so cheap and ugly. I could have pulled flowers out of my garden that look better than that!The picture didn't have the little chrysanthemums it only had live plants and if I would have wanted to order a basket I would have ordered a basket. Medium dish garden means it's in a dish. I just couldn't believe it. I'm so sick of the quality of goods and services that businesses in this town get away with. Unacceptable. Don't waste your money. Guess I should have spent a couple dollars more and went to zeidler's.

A few of the colors were different than the bride expected - but I couldn't tell the difference and all of our guests agreed that the flowers were absolutely beautiful.
The service was completely customized to what my bride wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful. Timelines were met. They came in under budget (even though we had a HUGE amount of live flowers at the church and at the reception).
