From my dad.... Very unhappy with the experience from zeidlers. Purchased a $50 rose arrangement for my wife for our anniversary. A few hours after receiving the roses, my wife noticed the glass vase was cracked and leaking water. The crack went across the front of most of the vase. I called zeidlers and they told me they would replace the arrangement free of charge. I went and picked up the arrangement and it looks as though it was thrown together in under 5 minutes. They could have offered to deliver the replacement arrangement as well but they did not. Very disappointed.
We ordered flowers for our wedding this weekend and they all turned out amazing. All the flowers were healthy and beautiful and all at a great price. Would highly recommend.
Update: the manager called and apologized numerous times and said the arrangement should have been delivered and credited some of my purchase which I appreciate.
Zeidler's did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding. Greg met with us several times to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and answered our millions of questions. He rolled with all the changes we made, and made sure to keep us in the loop with anything he felt would make them look even better. He mixed silk and real flowers to give us the best look, and he even painted the silk flowers to match our exact shade of blue. They delivered the flowers on the wedding day, and they were absolutely gorgeous! They really made our pictures look awesome and our guests commented on how good they looked.
