So the Butch refused to fill my HBP meds so if I have a heart attack from hyperventelating and my bp sky rocketing to 180 over 113 She will have a law suit on her hands!

Drs are very uneducated on PTSD and mental health! I have to go in every month for high bp meds so they can charge my insurance for it like they cant put refills on hbp meds smfh! My old dr left, so I saw Dr Butch and I had to wait an hour just to be seen when I was the only one there, then she made me tell her why I have PTSD instead of reading my charts like a smart Dr would, so when I tell her I got instantly triggered and then she tells me there is nothing that helps PTSD so I dont get Why I had to exsplain my tramatic exp that caused my PTSD to her to trigger me in the first place is behond me! So I tell her she is not a theripist nor a phyciatrist so she shouldnt be asking me about it, she gets mad and rude with me, then tells me I need to calm down! Number one rule of PTSD real Drs know is you never tell a person with PTSD that is triggered to calm down! so after she was invading my privacy that was none of her bisiness being I go there for HBP thats it and thats all I have went for being they cant do anything else, only thing they have ever done was took my wieght and bp and temp have never even done blood work in about a yr of going, I told her Im done and flipped out on her from being triggered! The place is a joke the Drs Ive seen are Chambers who left and Butch who treats everyone like they are trash below her feet!
