North Park is a comfortable, clean nursing facility with kind, caring, friendly staff.
i was a CNA for north park, i had many residents tell me i was the only one who seemed to care, i cried a lot of days during my time of employment because of how the residents told me theyve been afraid to put on their call light because the aides were mean or scary. food was horrible, also if residents special ordered a meal, they rarely got it right the first time if they got it at all. these people pay a pretty penny and deserve decent service.
They are understaffed, and the staff they do have look like meth addicts. His television and other items kept disappearing from his room.
Terrible terrible place.... American Senior Communities seriously needs to be shut down!
The building has been renovated and doesn't feel like a nursing home but more a home where people can take their loved ones knowing they will be properly taken care of and loved by a team of dedicated professionals. Highly recommend.
