Extremely polite and helpful employees. I actually was inside the facility and it was very clean. Since I am a former Facilities Director at our hospital I looked at the entire facility with great detail as I waited. Love their pizza.

I waited over an hour for chicken and a pasta bowl. They came up with multiple excuses as to why we were waiting so long.
Been waiting for 40 minutes SO FAR for delivery alone. Not just for the whole order time. No just for them to leave the store and come to my house which is between 5-7 minutes away depending on traffic. This is ridiculous. Food while be good but driver is not getting a tip sorry but not.
