It was absolutley DISGUSTING! My husband and I threw it up! Well DONE means WELL DONE! Cheese should at least be melted and you shouldnt have to reheat the pizza when delivery takes 5 minutes to our home! We tried it when they opened out here, it was gross then..BUT we gave benefit of doubt bc it was new. Tried again a year later...SAME nasty pizza.. AGAIN gave benefit of doubt bc we have never really had a bad papa johns issue and my husband used to work for them while in college. THIS time! No EXCUSE! We both actually THREW it up! Someone needs to do a surprise visit there and soon! If we have food poisoning bc of this, I will take it to a higher person. I might do that anyway..hello undercover Boss.
As I walked into the store not one worker acknowledge that I was there. I then went to the counter, which I could not get to due to another worker leaning on the customer's side. This worker and the worker behind the counter were talking about some type of night when she went out. She finally acknowledged me when I made a effort to get in her direct view. Once she got my name she went to get the pizza. When the male worker still leaning on the counter with no concern for the customers, made a rude comment to me. After trying to not make a big deal about the incident he continues on. No wonder my wife hates going to pick up the pizza at this location. No one cares about the customers. Management needs to address their workers. This explains why all delivery vehicles were there and no customers besides my self were there. Maybe I should give them the benefit of the doubt, they probably are not use to seeing customers if they treat them like this.
I ordered a pizza online form this store. When I arrived to pick it up I was told that it would have been 4 dollars cheaper if I had called the store direct. There was no offer to adjust the charge. I was just told that it was to bad. They said in the future to call them direct. Guess what. There will be no future orders. Insane business practice, Penalize your customer for using the service you are promoting.
The Pizza is always hot when it arrives. :-D
I absolutely love papa johns but the only reason I gat it a four is that I like Pizza Hut better
Update: The manager contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding. I believe she is genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction. I have therefore changed my rating.
