Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Food isn't great, but it isn't terrible either. The price for the food is justified. No really goes to Applebee's for their amazing food, but rather to get a drink and watch the game.
So Bobby and Kaylee(spelling is questionable) took care of me and my family in a party of 18. The thing that really stuck out to me was how completely patient they were with us. We are all together for a loss in the family and the two of them made sure we were spoiled and fed. The food was presented fabulously and my extra Mexican ranch came in a solid non disposable containers. It's the little things. The restaurant wasn't too crowded. They were perfect and I totally appreciate the great food and service. Way to go ladies!
By far the worst experience that I have ever had, took 15 minutes to get a drink, (no order was placed when we received the drink) the server kept disappearing, finally we get our order in, and again our drinks take a while to show up. Now I tried being patient since I have worked in the industry before and know what it's like but this was just TERRIBLE. The food finally shows up and is in a dreadful state, half the order was wrong. I am not sure if this was a bad night or just bad people, I am from out of town and on Saturday if you are understaffed? Something needs to be fixed. Millennials aren't killing your business...It's the people who don't care about the customer.
They told us it would be about 20 minutes before they could seat us. It ended up taking over an hour and they split our party of 6 into two tables. I ordered the same thing as someone else at my table, and got about half as much food as them. I would not recommend this place.
