I have used Cottage Florist & Gifts for at least the last ten years, the last four of which have been while we are residing in Louisville. The folks at Cottage are extremely easy to work with 'long distance,' and have always created beautiful arrangements at a very good price. Ordering long distance can be a little 'iffy,' but the staff at Cottage always comes through for me. I wouldn't think of ordering dried or fresh arrangements from anyone else. Great folks!

I live out of state and have used many Evansville florists. Some give poor service to out of town buyers, but Cottage always delivers beautiful premium arrangements with exemplary customer service.
I will never use this florists again for anything. They do not back their work, they are true con artists. I called, very politely, to express my dissatisfaction with what my mother received on mothers day, and they could have cared less. I ordered and paid for an arrangement with over 2 dozen roses in it, however my mother received 12 roses, a little bit of babies breath and some green foliage. They didn't even try to fill it in with some lesser flowers, like carnations, they just flat out scammed me.
