Kelsey the receptionist and Zaida the hygienist were very friendly and inviting, which was helpful because let’s be honest, who actually likes going to the dentist! I did have to wait quite awhile in the waiting room when it didn’t seem that busy. My appointment was for 10am but I didn’t get back there till closer to 10:45. However, some of that could have been because I was a new patient. Overall it was a good experience and I wouldn’t discourage anyone from going.
Worst place I have ever been. Needed surgery for an abscess while I was pregnant and not only did they set up the surgery but they wasted my whole Saturday sitting in their office with a huge abscess on my jaw to tell me a lie. They said they never received an ok from my obstetrician which my obstetrician showed me the fax and the confirmation that this was untrue. So I was sent home with no surgery, no antibiotic, no pain meds. I asked for my money back that I had already paid for the surgery and they told me that was fine he had to put in for it ANF I would have to pick it up. 3 weeks goes by and never got a call regarding my money. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital due to this. Called today and they still not only don't have my money but say that now my insurance didn't pay for my last appointment, which they didn't look at me at, so they took 85 dollars from what i paid for surgery and I can have 28 bucks back but they will have to mail me a check. I'm sure I will end up eating that money. Go to a real dentist in an office with ethical practice.
I use a wheelchair. The staff made sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure in entirely. I would recommend this site to anyone needing a dentist.
Was a very good experience. I had a tooth pulled and the dentist gave the best shots I didn’t even feel them. Overall would definitely recommend.
The staff has always been nice and welcoming. But when I get work done, it's been with a different dentist every time. One of the dentist that did work on my teeth, chipped a piece of my tooth off during the procedure. When I brought it to his attention, he argued with me about it saying that he didn't do it. I kept trying to show him where it was at because I could feel it with my tongue, and he still refused to own up to his mistake. Now that tooth is starting to split where he chipped it. It's like the dentists don't care about you because they're not there very long. They rotate out.
