My initial visit was great, but when I returned for my cleaning it was the exact opposite. While I was there on time. I sat and waited for 45 minutes. No one acknowledged me or addressed my wait time or provided the bare minimum of customer service by letting me know how much longer my weight would be. I left and canceled my future appointments.
Love this office! The only complaint I have is that changing a hygiene appointment can be difficult. Sometimes you get pushed out a bit. However, I got in same day for an emergency! Staff are all very nice and friendly!! Deana is the best! So gentle. She makes getting your teeth cleaned fun!! Dr. Frounfelter is great! Very knowledgeable and truly caring! I have been happy every time I leave the office.
Always a friendly smile and quick service!
Called to change an appointment on Friday before closing. No one answered. Frustrating.
