Waited on hold for over 20 minutes, twice, without being able to hold any longer and reserve my place in line. I was then redirected to leave a "return message". No return call of course. The worst customer service. Remember, we pay for you to have a job. You can do much better. Be an example of what true customer service should look like.
They could at least get rid of the trash talking hillbillies down there at least.. Just like other reviews state they are real dumb ass's working there no doubt about that at all.
Anytime you feel the need to listen to very ignorant & arrogant people just contact Evansville water/sewer dept. I say listen as you can't talk to them, they truly believe they know it all and we know nothing. I'll never try to report a water leak again even if the damn town is flooding to hell I'll just watch..lol
Just moved into my new house over the weekend. Was told to call on Monday to have the water/sewer put in my name. Woke up Monday morning to my water shut off. Called and was on hold for 20 mins. Once I got through, the lady was extremely rude and told me they couldn't come back out the same day to turn my water back on and would take two business days to do so. What a joke. So now I'm without water for a few days
we moved into a new home and the trash was not being picked up so we called and got everything straightened out. they picked it up the week after we called and haven't picked it up since that time. we are getting trash piles up because the guy doesn't want to pick our trash up and it is getting really annoying having a pile of trash in our yard.
Never had a water bill when we retired from military ...they told me I had to pay another person with the same name of a minor child's bill of 400$ to get my first ever water. Still shaking my head
