This place is a joke. Had an appointment at 1 and waited around in an empty lobby for 1 hour and we asked them what's going on and then they said we didn't have an appointment! What the hell?
This place and most of its employees are just a waste of time, the three sitting in the front have no clue about they're job and have no empathy or consideration for others. They don't listen to what you tell them, all they do is just try to get you out of their face so you don't bother them. I'm a hard working mother and grandmother and I think it's wrong to be treated with such disrespect and belittled because I'm asking questions about something I'm paying for anyway! Please do something about this because no one is working!
