why does no one answer the phone when you call about birth records ?
Went to get an immunization which they refused to give and offered no direction as to where to get one.
I called the so-called county health department about the Flea Bug Infested Motel 6 in Evansville, IN. They called me back requesting information & my complaint. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. NOW THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING & DISCONNECTED. LMAO
