Paid my bill on time. Reported it as late. Stuck with me for SEVEN years. I belive this was done because he said i needed three crowns. I got a second opinion and the new dentist laughed and said " you dont need any crowns. That was ten years ago. I still dont have any crowns.
Dr Vibbert is the best dentist I've ever had.
They refuse to make an appointment without first receiving dental records from my former dentist, Kool Smiles. Seems ridiculous as the records are a year old. After 2 months of signing consent forms and begging, Kool Smiles will not send them. INSANE! Done with both of theses dental offices.
Rude receptionist who acts like she's being bothered by you .Lies about putting you on a waiting list that evidently never existed !!
